A note was placed on an additional map sheet of the recorded Parcel Map which states that development of the parcel shall comply with all state and county codes, ordinances and regulations in effect at the time of application for improvement permits. According to the Building Division, a hold has been placed on building inspection until the drainage facilities are constructed to comply with approved plans and calculations. Currently the approved plans are File No. PR -97. As suggested in Mr. Damschen's letter, an alternative drainage facility design may be proposed by submitting plans and calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer along with a $600.00 minimum plans checking deposit.
