The present toning 10 SR-1 (Suburban Residential -- I acre parcels) by Ordinance #2296 adopted June 1982. The Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County General Plan designates this area as Agricultural Reeldential. There are no specific or community plans for the area. The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General Plan nor any County, specific or community plan. Over the last year, the Planning Commission has held numerous hearings on zoning arounq Gridley. The Dutra property falls within an area recommended foi- an A-5 zone. The Board of Supervisors will be hearing the Gridley project July 15, 1986. Recommendation: Continue this map until an action has been taken on the rezone project. In the event that the Advisory Agency takes favorable action on this project the following conditions are recommended: 1.
