without obtaining the required permits and inspections from this office.
Would you please contact this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter,
present Plans in duplicate, and apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate
fees. If you had a licensed contractor doing this work, it would be his responsibility
to obtain these permits.
