TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
,SUBJECT: Extension of the City of Gridley Municipal Sewer
to serve a newly created parcel originating from
parcels identified as AP 21-24-8 and 21-24-15
located on the east side of a private drive east
of the end of Little Avenue in the County of Butte.
The City of Gridley has received a request from Beatrice'
Dewsnup Bullock for extension of sewer services to serve her
property as referenced above. According to the City public
works director, Ed Melton, extension of the existing service
is physically possible.
The Gridley Municipal Code stipulates that all properties
outside the limits of the city shall be allowed to connect to
the sanitary sewerage system only by special agreement with'the
City Council (Municipal Code Section 13-08-070).
Mrs. Bullock has requested to be placed on the agenda of the
June 6, 1988, City Council meeting. Although the city staff.
.does not foresee a problem accommodating Mrs. Bullock's request,
final approval rests with the'City Council.
The property owner is responsible for the costs of,extension to
serve her property.

I am requesting the privilege of also hooking on to the.c,ity's sewer
system and would ask that you place my request before the City Council
at their next meeting on Monday, June 6, 1988.
