2. Please provide a foundation plan. Show all post footings and their sizes for the beams
supporting the porch roofs and the beam between the shop and garage.
3. The 4x8* beams supporting the 12' porch roof are not adequate. Please provide engineering
for the beams or revise the size.
4. Your plans show a dimension of 24 feet for the width of the shop. However it scales to 20
feet. Which is correct?
5. The bracing must be shown on the plans. The configuration of the building is such that code
bracing will not work. A lateral analysis by an architect or engineer will be required. Please
provide calculations, have the requirements put on two sets of plans, and have the plans
stamped and. signed by your professional.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Huber:
The 433A for your permanent foundation which was recorded on October 23, 2001, has not been
sent to H.C.D. yet. We need a letter from the legal owner, Kam Sang Ng and Kwan Yau Siu,
authorizing you to place a permanent foundation system under your mobile home. This was required
during the permit process but was never received. It is required by the state of California in order to
process the paperwork for your 433A. This is the second letter to you requesting this information.
We also need a check for $22.00 made out to H.C.D. It is the processing fee for the state which we
forward with the paperwork.
Please remit the required items as soon as possible so we can finish your process for your 433A. If
