need to know what authorized person made the inppection.

On August 30, 1978 we received a check for $28.00 for the fee for this job.
I am returning the check to you.
On August 27, 1978,, the owner, Judy Messick obtained the roofing permit and
paid penalty fees since the work was almost completed without permits. We
have since made an inspection of the reroofing and have left corrections
which must be made by your firm and approved by this office.,
In the future, please obtain permits from this office prior to c— encing
work. Your failure to obtain required permit's in advance of the work will
cause me to file a complaint against your firm.
