ourconsent. No returnsor exchanges, regardlessof conditio6, after45 days. All returns must be accompahied
by our sales invoice. ALL SPECIAL ORDER items, including window units, pre -hung doors, and,trusses are
not returnable for credit.
4. Any adjustment for defec tive material shall be made on a basis of replacement of the material and no other

5. All materials sold or delivered to curb only. Not responsible for broken sidewalks, curbs or driveways or
septic systems when delivery is requested on premises. The Purchaser is responsible for adequate access
to delivery location and assumes liability for damages to property or equipment when trucks are required to
