for use 'permit Was on a 2.7 acre parcel, being approximately the Southern
half of the present parcel No. 1. Ah open hearing was held on the 13th day
of Marc;i, 1984b before the Board of Supervisors, on appeal from the Planning
Commission. On Mardi 30, 1884.. after. the open hearing had long since been al.
closed, and prior to the April 3, 1984, hearing by the Board of Supervisors,
at -a closed session, by letter from M. ,I,•Erekson a new application was
submitted coveriho the approximate design of Parcel No, 1 herein, consisting
Of 5+ acres; On April 3, 1984, without permitting further testimony, and
without sending the hew application back to theFPlanning Commission for its
copsideratioh, the Board of Supervisors granted a use permit to M;'Erekson.

applications for building permits involving six or'mbre family
units except where the waste is discharged to a community sewer,

The Board believes that control of individual waste treatment and
disposal. systencan best be accotplished by Local County tnVirbn-
mental Health DepaYtwhts if these departmznts are stxlictly enforce-
