It could be done so itis active for -the fiscal,year. She felt it was an increase of dog li-consing fees. Mike Pyeatt,'interim administrative officer, stated the present contract is 95 percent to the contractor and 5 percent to the county. The new proposal indicates 90 percent to the contractor and 10 percent to the county.
