RE: NOTICE OF VIOLATION at 378 Hastings Ave., Biggs, CA

Investigations of the above parcel by our office indicate that:
(a) The plumbing is not working .adequately inside this
building.
(b) Waste water from the plumbing is leaking beneath the house.
(c) Sewage is surfacing on the ground beneath the house and
in many other places on the parcel.
The conditions are in Violation of the Butte County Codes as
follows:
1. Sewage overflowing any lands whatever, Section 19-4(a).
2. Sewage being accessible to rodents, insects or humans,
Section 19-4(c).
You are required within 24 hours of receipt of this letter to:
1. Repair the plumbing internal to the house.
2. Pump the septic tank to permit waste water to flow into
it.
3. You may also need to replace the septic leach field
should waste water not flow adequately upon making the
first two repairs.
