Chairman Lambert questioned which Ordinance this project is under. Staff said this application is subject to the new Ag' seg. ordinance. Staff said that 144 acres will be under covenant, for Lynn Hinaman, and 57 acres will be under covenant for Louise Hinaman, The hearing was opened to the public, John Christofferson, GDA., said he was theme to answer questions. Chairman .Lambert said this was an application on 146+ acres, zoned A-40. She asked where the existing houses were Located, on this parcel or the other. w i Mr. Christofferson said there are two separate distinct parcels of land held in different title. He said this was the larger of the two on the westerly side of the division road that runs through the property. He said there is a 2.1 acre homesite with the remainder of 145 +/-acres s of open space. d i ace. He said the larger r homesite was required because of the amount of land � needed for the septic system. Commissioner Lynch said this was a cluster of family homes and he was not against the application, hearing was closed The ' Commissioner 'Lynch said this was a standard homesite segregation;. Commissioner Forbes said he had no pr6)lems with this application. It was moved by Commissioner synch, seconded by Commissioner Forbes, and unanimously carried for approval as follows A Find that the requirements of CEQA have been completed and considered and adopt a negative declaration; and B.
