May 23,, 19,68 - Dale Green came to office with
his mother, Susie Green, owner of the property,
and made application for the proposed use.
June 5, 1968 - Public.Hearing
June 11, 1,968 - Regular PC Mtg*.
The Commission concurred with the Staff's recom-
mendation and DENIED the use permit, based on the

fact that the proposed use is located in an area
which is 1,,)rimarily agricultural and residential,
with no coiiwtercial nearby, and if permitted would
be in conflict with the area and would not be
compat.,ible.
June 12,, 1968 - Planning office wrote letter to
Mr. Green advlislng of the PC',.;- denial and
stating that lie had the right to al?peal said P
