Gridley, CA 95948 Dear Mrs. Dunlap This is to advise you that pursuant 'to Section 19-19 of the; Butte County Code, the Board of Supervisors has approved a variance to Sections 19-10 and 19-12 of the Butte County Code for the placement of a mobile home on your property located at; 1609 Grace Road, Gridley area and identified as .Assessor's Parcel Number 22-24--124. This variance was granted on July 12, 1983 and includes the f oll.owing ,conditionw I. The variance is granted only for a term of one year. At the end of one year you must apply for a new variance if the use is to continue. 2. if the applicant residing in the mobile home or conventional residence moves to another location or is deceased, the variance automatically expires and the mobile home shall be moved within 120 days. If the mobile home is not removed within 120 days,: the Count may remove said mobile home and store it at the owner's expense. 3. The 'mobile home shall be placed on the property without violating any of the setback' requirements of the zone in which the property is located. 4.
