I can't find confirmation.in the Board minutes but the Board apparently approved
crossing the one -foot strip on Bond Lane for a.single-family dwelling only, and
it indicated any divisions would require the parcel map and extension of Bond- Lane.
If the property owner makes an application and if all other things are in -order,
would you please.issue' the appropriate permits.
