If you will compute the acreage for me, I will be able to to -11
you exactly what youx fees will be with Di.:trict #20561. ThF.
charge is $500.00 per acre on parcel 1, parcel 2, and �:��;rcel 4.
'There is no charge for parcel 3 as it is already develo-p.od with
buil clings. The minimum charge is $500.00 for a residential loti,
regardless of size, but I understand the County does riot ;hermit
a lot split of less than l acre, so there will be a prom—ion
of all acreage over the first acre.
Your original,ltlap Showed about 1 1/4 acres in parcel 1 and 2.
Therefore, if you will compute your fee and pay it to the Public
Works Departmetitt they can double check the acreage. l assume
that you are going to awe very close to $1500.00.
