Dear John:
I have reviewed your letter of April 30, 1985, in
connection with this matter with the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Drainage District Number One of Butte County. He
instructed me to write to you and advise you that the District
does not object to Mr. Collins draining into the facilities of
Drainage. District Number One.
However, the District facilities are to the north
so Mr. Collins will have to make arrangements to get his
drainage water down the County Road borrow pit to the District
facilities at his own obligation and expense
The Chairman of the Board of Directors does not
anticipate any impact upon the drainage by this proposed lot
split.
However, if in the future more residential units
g ` out there, the developer is going to have to make a
privatedrain east to the Butte Water District Canal and then
arrange with the Butte Water District to pump intra the canal,
as the District now does on the Lateral to the .north behind
Thresher and Ed Cheak.
Trusting that this itformation will satisfy the
Butte County Advisory Agency, and for that pirp enclose
