(Laurie Carter) Dear Mr. Wright; The above referenced parcel is currently zoned A-5 (Agricultural, 5 acre minimum). This zone allows for a single-family dwelling. Should the dwelling be catastrophically destroyed it may be reconstructed, provided it will not be placed within the required building setback areas and meets sanitation codes in effect at the time of reconstruction. The setback requirements for the A-5 zoning are 50 feet from the center of the road and 5 feet side and rear yard property lines.
