Mr. Mendonsa said if it is already paved; the requirement is met.
Mr. Shields said he had no more questionsi
i.h'.:Mendonsa said a letter from Drainage District #1 requires the payment
of ;1,400 drainage fees. This was verified by Mr. Millington. It amounts
to $350 per parcel.
Mr. Reid said that there would be no problems,"with proper placement of°wells."
IIr. Hironimus said there would be a y acre minimum because of the General Plan
designation.
HEARING CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AND CONFINED TO THE ADVISORY AGENCY
Mr. Reid stated: having reviewed the Environmental. Review Director's
Checklist for 'Willis E. Aldrich on AP 24=08-94 that is also applicable
to this !and division I will make a motion to adopt a negative declaration
of environmental impact for the LeRoy Tichy parcel map on AP 24-08-96 that
is for 4 parcels, noting that the project is in conformance with the Butte
County General.: Plan and Butte County Zoning and will not have a significant
effect on the environment.
Motion seconded by Mr. Hironi=us and carried unanimously,
Mr. Reid stated: noting that a negative declaration was adopted this date,
I will make a motion to approve the parcel, map of LeRoy Tichy to create
4 pay,"cels on AP 24-08-96. Approval: of the map is subject to the following
