establishment of a bowling alley loca:ted at Highway 99E (Country
10then) south of 'Gridley.
Among other requirements, your use permit was subject to

space for each car -shall be a minimum dinension of 10 feet
by 20 fe-ets and thatt1he off-stroet parking be paved and clearly
marked.
