Dear Mr. Boeger:
At the regular meeting of the 'Butte County Advisory Agency held
on June 2, 1986, the agency approved your boundary line modification
on the above—referenced property, noting that the project is
categorically exempt from environmental review and subject to the
conditions of approval listed on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed—within 10 days from the date of
approval by the Advisory Agency—with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, this action will be final.
The conditions of approval must be complied with within 24 months
from the date of approval by the Advisory Agency.
