At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency held
December 18, 1989, the agency approved the boundary line modification
on the above -referenced propertyt noting that the project 4
categorically exempt from environmental review and subject to the
conditions of approval listed on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed within ten (10) days of the date
the Advisory Agency's approval --with. the Clerk of the Board of of
Supervisors, this action will be final.
The conditions of approval must be complied with within twe t -
months from the date of approval by the Advisor Agency.
