At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency held on
December 8, 1986, the agency approved the boundary line modification
on the above -referenced property, noting that the project is
categorically exempt from environmental review and subject to the
conditions of approval listed on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed--with'n ten (10) days of the date of
the Advisory Agencyts approval --with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, this action will be final.
The conditions of approval must be complied with within twenty-four
months from tha- date of approval by the Advisory Agency.

Zoning: A-40 (Ordinance 2296 on July 29, 1982)
General Plan: Orchard & Field Crop;,
Land Conservation Agreement: No
BLM would reduce acreage of the smaller of the two
nonconforming parcels by 1 acre.. In cases where two
parcels have less acreage than required by the zone,
it is allowable to increase the size of the smaller
parcel and decrease the larger parcel by the
corresponding amount. The opposite situation is
Proposed. This BLM is comparable to an agricultural
homesite segregation and could be supported on that
basis.
Recommendation:
Approve BLM finding the project is categorically
exempt (Class 5a) from environmental review.
