Mentioned here 15 the 5pecIal in5pection that wa5 done by myself, Matthew Mck155on on
February 12, 2005 at the fob 51te of the Crabtree remodel located at 3962 Larkin
Road, Butte county, CA. The budder has installed the 5pecified 5/8" dna threaded rod
into the 3/4" pre -drilled holes and are set in 51mp5on ETF epoxy with 4 %2" minimum
embedment. The holes were cleaned of all debri5 u51ng compressed air before applyincg
the epoxy. All procedures done during the in5tallation were per the manufacturers
5pecification5.
