As discussed, you have two options regarding parcel 024-170-019. I. Return the use to meet the requirements of an agricultural exempt structure. Use is limited to supporting your orchards on-site. 2. Obtain necessary permits to allow commercial use. Upon completion of one of these options, the code enforcement case for violation of use can be closed. Number two above requires both of the following to be completed: 1. Apply for. and obtaina. use permit for an expansion of a non -conforming use (change use from Ag to commercial) and non -conforming setbacks. 2. Apply for and obtain a building permit to convert the agricultural exempt building to a commercial structure. This will require the closure of openings and construction of firewalls to the existing building due to the location to property lines. Tichy faxed mea copy of the form, and I found it in the Building Division folder. The form is date stamped January 27, 2005. On the form he writes as the reason for the request "Moving out." At that point there was no longer a requirement for a Use Permit. It is my opinion that we should grant a refund in the amount outstanding as of the date above. Please let me know Yvonne's wishes, or I will discuss it with her Friday.
