This action will be final if an appeal is not filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. You or any interested person must do so in writing, with the appeal fee of $50.00, to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California 95965, prior to 4:00 p.m., December 23, 2002.
