No. 3877). Under the ordinance, a Merger (Lot Line Adjustment) can be approved if one of three options can be satisfied. The Merger appeal was upheld on the basis that the resulting parcels will improve the design. The findings for upholding the appeal are listed below. I applied.for and received the permit; during the repairs, I even received a correction notice. The corrections were ; made and the job was completed. I, personally, called your office and requested a final; therefore; I am sure the request'was made. What I don't know for sure is whether or not the inspector made the final inspection, or whether the paperwork,was'completed. . � Recently, I received a similar letter from your office with basically` the same situation. Upon further resea.rch,� I learned that particular ,job was co m leted and"the final was requested Your ins ector res onded• _- P P P and made the final inspection, although on-site permit paperwork was not where it should have been (possibly,.posted on'a wall). I am told this is why that particular paperwork was not completed until recently.
