I applied.for and received the permit; during the repairs, I even received a correction notice. The corrections were ; made and the job was completed. I, personally, called your office and requested a final; therefore; I am sure the request'was made. What I don't know for sure is whether or not the inspector made the final inspection, or whether the paperwork,was'completed. . � Recently, I received a similar letter from your office with basically` the same situation.
