Dear Mr. Merubashi:
With reference to the.above subject and your proposal to use one room,of a dwelling
on your property for a TV Repair Shop, I made the requested inspection on October 27,
1975.
As a result of this inspection, I see no problems or requirements which would,interfere
with this proposed use. I also checked with the. Planning Department and found the area
is zoned "A»2" which Would permit.this use.
Wo permits would be required from this office.unless you proposed to'do some electrical,
mechanical,'plumbing, or building remodeling work.
