This is a proposal to modify the boundary line between two
parcels in the Palermo area. The present zoning is A-51`
(Agricultural, 5 acre parcels). The Land Use Plwn. Map of the
Butte County General Plan designates this area as Orchard & Field_
Crops, 5 acre parcels. There are no specific or community plans
for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted
or proposed element of the Butte County General ;Plan nor any
County, specific or community plan.
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act in
accordance with Section 15305 of the Public Resources Code which.
states:
"Class 5a consists of minor alterations which do not
result in any changes in land use or density �
Recommend approval of the proposed Boundary Line Modification
subject to the following conditions
1. Prior to recordation of the Boundary Lille Modification, the
western property line shall show a five foot (5") minimum
setback from the existing barn.
