property may be subject to inconveniences or discomfort arising from
the use of agricultural chemicals, including, but not limited to herbicides, pesticides,

and fertilizers; and from the pursuit of agricultural operations including, but not limited
to cultivation, plowing, spraying, pruning, and harvesting which occasionally generate dust,
smoke, noise, and odor. Butte County has established agricultural zones which have as a
priority use for productive agricultural purposes, and residents within said zones and on
adjacent property should be prepared to accept such inconvenience or disconform from normal,
necessary farm operations.
All that real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described
as follows: Parcel One: All of Lot 15, as shown on that certain Map entitled,
"Oak Grove Subdivision", which Map was filed in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Butte, State of California, December 9, 1946 in Book 15 of
Maps, at page 15.
Parcel Two: Being a part of lot 14, as shown on that certain Map
entitled,"Oak Grove Subdivision", which Map was filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, December
9, 1946 in Book 15 of Maps, at page 15, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest. -."corner of said Lot 149 and running thence East-
erly along the Northerly line of said Lot 14, a distance of 30 feet to a
point; thence Southerly at right angles thereto a distance of 140 feet to a
point; thence at right angles Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of
said Lot 14,.30 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot 14; thence Northerly
along the Westerly line of said Lot 14, 140 feet to the point of beginning.
