The remodel was done by a previous owner without permits and inspections from this office, so we were not able to perform the required inspections during construction. We therefore made a reasonable visual inspection, without going on the roof, under the building, or in the attic and found the remodel appears to conform to the intent of code requirements, except for the following items which must be done or resolved: 1.
