The dwelling is a wood frame, single story structure, with wood and shingle siding, aluminum roof, and apparently no concrete foundation. A rear porch has been con— verted to a bedroom. The house electrical system.appears inadequate, with open splices, fire damaged wiring, and unprotected wiring: Windows are broken and not weathertight. The well is in the bathroom, the sewage disposal system is failing and too close to the well. There is fire damage to the kitchen, living room,' and bathroom walls and ceilings. There is also fire damage to the kitchen and living room floor. The building is substandard. The following corrections will be required.to bring the dwelling into compliance with the Butte County Code, Chapter 19, Sections 19-4.,.19-11, and the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1, State Housing Law Regulations. 1.
