year after the date of application. In order to .renew action on an
application after expiration, a new application, plans and fee will be
required.

Refunds can only be made upon written request by the person who

The following drawings and specifications,must be submitted to the Building Division in order to apply for a
permit. INCOMPLETE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL PLANS MUST BE LEGIBLE AND /N INK.

Engineered plans, 3 or 4 sets, with wet signature on plans AND 2 sets of stamped and signed calculations.

This is the third letter being sent regarding obvious violations to the building code by the
property adjacent to ours.. The property in question is located at 32 Drake Avenue, Biggs, CA,
the parcel number is book 25, page 12 number 33 and it is owned by Agustin Valdez.
Mr. Valdez has built a structure using the fence that is on our property line for a wall and
continues to add to the structure. The lot is 80 feet wide. The structure starts at our fence and
goes almost all the way across the property; it also runs approximately 40 feet or more North and
South.
The first call to your office was placed in November of 2001. I called. again in- May of 2002 and
followed up. with a letter and pictures on July 1.8, 2002. Another letter was sent on December 4,
2002. The letters are attached with pictures.' Thank you for your help in resolving this matter, if
