' According to our records, the additions appear to have been inspected through the framing stages We therefore made a reasonable visual inspection, without going on the roof, under the building, or in the attic, and found the work appears to conform to the intent of code requirements, with the exception of the following items which must be completed or resolved: 1. Apply for re- roof permit. 2. Install smoke detectors per Uniform Building Code. 3. Provide G.F.I. receptacles where required (outdoor/garage 4. Verify water heater and furnace installations are to code. \ 5 Provide as built floor plans including window sizes and label room uses. -P4 Provide plot plan and apply for permit for swimming pool. 7. Verify electrical system for- pool complies with all aspects of article 680 of the 1996 National Electrical Code including wire and breaker sizes and proper installation of associated conductors and panels. 8. Provide letter from a California registered engineer regarding the structural integrity of the r pool.. 9. Call for final inspection when the above has been completed. Inspection by the County of Butte does not act as a guarantee or warranty as to the internal soundness of said additions. The permits must be .obtained prior. to any work being done, and the above listed items completed within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter.
