Dear Mrs. Lynch:
The Butte County Department of Development Services, Planning Department, has reviewed the
submitted Environmental Health Permit 025-160-096, and require the following information to
continue the review process.
• Creation Deed: the deed that created this specific parcel (a title company or realtor will
have, or obtain the document).
• Ag. Buffer Form: fill out the form and indicate if you are requesting a waiver of the three
hundred foot setback (if you don't request a waiver, you will have to update the site plan
to indicate the setback.
• Note: the -subject parcel is in a California Land Conservation Act (CLCA) contract. The
property is allowed one dwelling per forty (40) acres, and the minimum parcel size is
forty (40) acres. Please adjust you site -plan to indicate one residence.
