This is a proposal to modify the Boundary Lane between three (3) parcels in the Gridley
area. The present zoning is A-40 (Agricultural = 40 acre parcels). 'The Land Use flan Map
of the Butte County General Plan designates this area as Orchard and, Field Crops. There
are no specificor community plans for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or proposed element
of the Butte County General Plaa nor .any County, specific or community plan.
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California
Envirorimental Quality Act in accordance to Section 1S305 of the Public ResourcesCode _
Which states.
"Class 5 consists of minor zlterations which does not result in any chanes in
land use or density ..
Recommend approval of the proposed Boundary Line Modification:
