The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of the Use Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may grant an extension of L the Use Permit not exceeding one year. 6. In the event that the applicant who is residing within the mobile home or the conventional residence, for any reason, moves to another location or is deceased, then in that event, the Use Permit granted herein shall automatically expire and the mobile home shall be removed within one hundred twenty (120) days. The terms and conditions of this permit shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and be to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns of the Permittee. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Occupancy of the mobile home is limited to Toma Padilla and 2 children. 2. No rent is to be changed to the occupancy of the mobile home. 3. Meet the requirements of the Butte County Environmental Health Department for domestic water supply and sewage disposal. 4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant to the requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code. 5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of the Use Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may grant an extension of the Use Permit not exceeding one year. 6. In the event that the applicant who is residing within the mobile home or the conventional residence, for any reason, moves to another location or is deceased, then in that event, the Use Permit granted herein shall automatically expire and the mobile home shall be removed within one hundred twenty (120) days. In the event the mobile home is not removed within one hundred twenty (120) days pursuant to the terms of the Use Permit, the County shall remove the mobile home and store it at the owner's expense. 7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to cover the cost of removal in the amount of $1,500.00 for a single -wide mobile or $2,000.00 for a double -wide mobile. 8. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Department of Development Services. 9. Minor changes may be approved administratively by the Director of Development Services upon receipt of a substantiated written request by the applicant. Prior to such approval, verification shall be made by each Department or Division that the modification is consistent with the application, fees paid and environmental determination as conditionally approved. Changes deemed to be major or significant in nature shall require a formal application for amendment. 10.
