This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.

described in deed from Shigeo Tanimoto and Miyeko Tanimoto to Masahi Tanimoto and
Satomi Ishihara Tanimoto recorded in Book 467 at page 337 Official Records, Butte
County Recorder's Office and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the east and west centerline of Section 313 *Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, M.D.B. & M., 680.39 feet, North 890 30' East from an iron stake at the
center corner of said Section 31, as the same was established by survey by B. L. McCoy,
County Surveyor, May 22nd 1897; thence parallel to the north and south centerline of
said Section 31, North 006 09' West 1724.25 feet to intersection with the southerly
boundary line of lands heretofore conveyed to Roof; thence along said Roof boundary line,
South 890 46' East 640.61 feet to the east boundary line of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section 31' thence along said legal subdivision line, South 000 14'
East 1716.00 feetto the southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said
Section 31' thence along the east and west center line of said Section 31, South 890 30'
West 643.11 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 25.346 acres, more or less.
