Hot water piping.shall be insulated with 1/2 inch thick insulation. 8. The gas furnace selected for this project, Day and Night #376CAV048075, is a new model and has not yet been.listed in P400-89-023. It has a Seasonal Efficiency of 75.5%. See attached manufacturer's data. The condensing unit, Day and Night #593AN048, has been certified by the CEC. Reference: P400-89-021, page 56'. 9. Sinks in bathrooms shall.be equipped with outlet devices that limit flow of hot water to a maximum of .5 GPM, or self-closing faucets that limit delivery to a maximum of .5 gallons. 10. The gas furnace has an output of 74,000 Btu/Hour and a SE of 75.50. The condensing unit has an output of 48,000 Btu/Hour, an EER of 9.3, and a SEER of 10.50. Office outside air ventilation required is 1696 square feet / 150 square feet per person x 20 cfm per person = 226 cfm (ASHRAE Standard 62-1981). This ventilation air must be supplied to the building whenever the building is occupied. 16.
