There is a 12$60 Westchester Mobile Home on the land. It was sold to my wife's uncle and we are just storing it, until he can move it. We have a current license but no one has lived in it. There is no power, water or sewer hooked up to,it. We do have a few household items in it now because we ran out of storage space. The items will be removed when our new home is ready.
