A portion of the South half of Lot 2 of the Southwest quarter of
Section 7, Township 18 North,Range 3 East, M.D.M., described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, being also the
Southwest corner of said Section 7 and being also a point in the
centerline of Highway 99 E; thence, Northerly along the West line of
said Lot 2 and along said Highway centerline, North 0 11' West 417.45
feet to the true point of beginning for this description; thence,
continue North 0 11' West 904.32 feet to the Northwest corner of the
South half of Lot 2 of the Southwest quarter of said Section 7; thence
Easterly, along the North line of said South half of said Lot 2, North
89 53' East 594.87 feet to a point in the centerline of a 56 foot wide
right of way for a canal; thence leaving said North line of the South
