Mr. Reid stated: having reviewed the; environmental review checklist, and the
Planning, Director's Report of Dec. 10, 1984; I will, make a motion to grant a
negative, declaration of environmental impact for the A. W. Shively parcel map
to create. 4 parcels on AP 25-31-05 finding that the project is in confonnance
with the Butte, County General. Plan and Butte County Zoning and will not have a
significant effect on the environment.' Motion seconded by Ms. Tuttle and carried
unanimously.
