The information you provided is the legal description of the property, however, it d does n'�ot include a "creation deed". I have attached some guidelines that the County uses when lookingat parcels, please see #1, "Maps recorded prior to May 8,1893". In this statement, it refers to deeds describe the individual parcels in order to determine if they are legal. Please review these guigones and work with the title company to provide a creation or grant deed (within the Acrib guidelines): Once you have a deed, we can review it, with the help of the County Surveyor if needed, to determine if it is a legal parcel or not. If not, it may require a Legal Lot Detemiination/Certificate of Compliance application, which is $2,403. Hopefully, a deed can be found that will verify that it is a legal parcel so that you do not have to go through this Determination process.
