On November 22, 1991, Lorrie Jean Valderrama, an owner, tenant, occupant, resident or other person having possession, control or other ownership interest in or the right of access to said property, was found guilty in the South County Municipal Court (Case No. CR 17494) of violation of Butte County Code Sec. 41-2(d), failure to comply with warning letter. Parilo, Director of Development Services DATE: February 27, 2001 - PURPOSE: Administrative Permit on Richard Speaks Jr.027-050-027 for a temporary second dwelling to be located at 81 Beaver Road, east of Palermo., on property zoned AR -5 (Agricultural Residential, 5 -acre parcels). ADM 01-08 PERMIT REQUIREMENTS: Approval for a temporary second dwelling is subject to the following requirements: A mobile home certified under the 197,i National Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards Act. Occupancy of the mobile home shall be limited to parents. An affidavit attesting to the relationship of the involved parties was submitted with the permit application. - 2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home. 3. The temporary mobile must meet the requirements of the Butte County Environmental Health Department for domestic water supply and sewage disposal: The granting of this permit does not remove the requirement of obtaining the appropriate permits from other Divisions, Departments, or Districts. ' 4. The siting of the mobile home shall be exempt from the site -requirements of the residential zoning district, except as required by Butte County Code Chapter 24, and the Butt County Code Chapter 28A. 5. The mobile home is declared to be a temporary use on the property, accessory to the primary unit, and shall not be placed on a permanent foundation. Additionally, a temporary mobile home shall not be permitted on a lot or parcel where there is an approved Second Unit. 6. The permit shall be granted for a term of two years. Extensions of the term for the permit, not exceeding one year for each extension, may be granted if the application for the extension is filed, with the Planning Division, within 60 calendar days prior to the date of expiration. 7. The mobile home shall be vacated upon expiration, or revocation, of the Permit and removed within one hundred twenty (120) days after expiration of the Permit. If it is not removed within one hundred twenty (120) days, the County shall remove said mobile home and store it at the owner's expense. 8. The Permit may be revoked if any of the terms or conditions of the Permit are violated or if any acts .or omissions of the permittee in connection with the use authorized by said Permit constitute a public nuisance. 9. The Butte County Code defines junk :'.s follows: 24-21.24 Junk: Any worn-out and discarded material in general that may be turned to some use including, but not limited tom any old iron, wire, copper, tin, lead, rags, paper, bags, lumber, empty bottles, bones, parts of bicycles, tricycles, baby carriages, -automobiles, and other vehicles, dismantled, in whole or in part, kept, stored, located, situated or piled in public view, and all other similar personal property ordinarily defined and classified as "junk" kept, stored, located, situated or piled in public view and not screened from public view by a fence. In addition, it appears you have a mobile home and two campers on your parcel. The AR -MH -1 zone only allows one occupied dwelling per parcel. Please be advised that these are violations of the AR -MH -1 zone. Violations are misdemeanors under the law and each day constitutes a separate violation. You are therefore directed to immediately cease using the parcel for the storage of junk and either rmeove all junk or place all junk behind a 6 foot high sight obscuring fence out of public view.
