"Mobilehome accessory building or structure" is any awning, portable, demountable or permanent cabana, ramada, storage cabinet, carport, fence, windbreak or porch established for the use of the occupant of the mobilehome. 918214. "Moblehome park" is any area or tract of land where one or more mobilehome lots are rented or leacod or held out for rent or lease to accommodate mobilehomes used for human habitation.. Nicholas It, Stanley, Mr. Stanley gave to ttte Board the data relevant to these proceedings. Asks the Board to consider granting this use permit. He explained that its a recreational vehicla park. Stated that the Butte County Tire Department had said that it was no longer a fire hazard. He also stated that he had leveled the land there and there is a sixty ftAright-of-way. Discussion. 2. Jack Conway, MIA Conway protests the use permit saying that it was a high fire hazard area. 3, Mae Mariotti, Irwin Avenue, Palermo, protest tho use permit because of the fire danger and poor ac,ess, She is also concerned about the speed problem that would be croated by the park, saying that they already had trouble with likes and motor cycles.
