Dear Mr. & Mrs. Gibson:
We sent you a warning letter dated April 23, 1992 notifying you that you
are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced location.
As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from
this office for mobilehome utilities and installation in violation
of the !'elobilehome Parks Act of Title 25, California Code of Regulations,
adopted by Section 2SA-1 of the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) 1018 -Permits Required for any Plumbing or Electric
(b) 1048 -Inspections Required for any Plumbing or electric
(c) 1324 -Permits Peouired for ':fobilehome Installation
(d) 1326 -Inspections :'equired for :"obilehome Installation
Butte; County Zoning Code Section 24-95, ARS„31 zone allows one (1) single
family dwelling per parcel.
The above violation shall be corrected or abated by removal of the mobilehome
from the property or applying for a use permit from the Butte County Planning
Department within thirty (30) days 'of the date of this letter. If the use
permit is granted, permits will be required from this office to do the work.
Unless the violation(s) is (are) so corrected or abated, a citation shall
be issued to you to appear in court for said violation(s) and for failing
to comply with this notice. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or for
failing to comply with this notice, penalties shall be imposed and a Notice
of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County
Code.

by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made

Please be aware that Butte County -has entered into a Code Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides
an effective means of enforcement if such compliance isnot obtained. If
voluntary compliance is not --obtained, enforcement will_ be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of Violation.
