Box 213 Reversion to Acreage Palermo, CA 95968 &: Tentative Parcel Map Dear Mr. Potes: At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advispry Agency heli December 24, 1984, the Agency approved your Reversion to Acreage and Tentative Parcel Map on AP 261-121-02 and 09, noting that the project is categorically exempt from environmental review and subject to the conditions of approval listed on the attached sheet. If no appeals are timely filed --within ten (10) days of the date of the Advisory Agency's approval --with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, this action will be final..
