indicate you are the owners of the property.
On March 29, 1985, I visited the property; and.the. tenants allowed me to make
an inspection of the dwelling. The following conditions were. noted which are
in�Violation. of the California Administrative Code,:..Tit1e.25,.Chapter 1, .Sub
chapter 1, Article 5, Section 32;. and;+the.California Health and Safety.Code;

and/or safety hazards. to the tenants.
1. The bathroom. walls are covered withmildew and_Mold-due .to excessive
dampness. Walls -are rotted and det eriorated. around the bathtub...:...
There is exposed unprotected wiring in the kitchen area.. .There are .open .
splices and exposed unprotected wiring on the side porch.. Ceiling fi:cture
is, missing and wiring s,e:coosed on the dining -room ceiling. ,Cover plates
.are missing on.wall switches and receptacles. Wiring is exposed and has
'open splices on front porch. Breaker box at meter location lacks a cover
plate over breakers and has exposed wiring.
3. Kitchen sink faucets leak continuously., hot water shut off because of:
faucet leak. Toilet flushvalve does not function.

This department received a complaint alleging health .and.safety-violations
in the above listed rental dwelling. The Butte. County. Ass essor,'s.records,
indicate you are the owners.of the property.
On. March 29, 1985, I visited the property and.the.,tenants allowed me .to make
an inspection of the dwelling.. The following,conditions were noted which are
in violation of the California Administrative Code,.:Title -25,_Chapter 1, .Sufi- _
chapter 1, Article 5, Section,32; 'and the California, Health and. Safety Code,. _

1. The bathroom walls are covered with mildew .and mold .,due..to'excessive
dampness. Walls are rotted and deteriorated around: the bathtub ;

splices °and- "exposed ..unprotected wiring on the. side porch. Ceiling fixture.,
is missing and wiring is exposed on the dining room ceiling. Cover plates
are missing on wall switches and receptacles. Wiring is` exposed and has
open splices on front porch. 'Breaker box at meter location lacks a cover.

3.. Kitchen sink faucets leak continuously, hot water shut off :because of.
faucet leak. Toilet flush valve does not function.
