On August 8, 2006 the Department of Development Services made the finding that the Certificate of
Merger on. the above referenced property is exempt from environmental review and approved the project
without conditions.
Should you appeal the decision of the Dept. of Development Services, please submit your appeal, in
writing, with the appeal fee of $50.00, to the Clerk of the Board of. Supervisors, 25 County. Center
Drive, Oroville, California 95965, prior to 4:00 p.m. August 18, 2006.
If there are no appeals, we will submit the -Certificate of Merger to the Butte County Recorder's office,
for recording. We will'return the original certificate to you after recording. Approval of the application
does not constitute assurance that future applications for building permits or other land use entitlements
on the resulting merged lot,or parcel will be approved by the County'of Butte.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Vera:
This is a formal warning notice. Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCC)
Section 41-2, we sent you a courtesy notice dated August 29, 1995 notifying
you that you are in violation of the BCC at the above -referenced location.
As of .this date, the following violations still exist:
Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from
this office for installation of a mobilehome (used for an extra room)
in violation of the Mobilehome Parks Act of Title 25,' California Code.
of Regulations adopted by Section 28A-1 of the Butte County Code as
follows:
(a) 1018 -Permits Required.for any Plumbing or Electric
(b) 1048 -Inspections Required for any Plumbing or Electric
(c) 1324 --Permits Required for Mobilehome Installation
(d) 1326 -Inspections Required for Mobilehome Installation
The above violation(s) shall be corrected or abated by. you by submitting
three (3) complete sets of plans, applying for the required permits, and
.paying the appropriate fees, 'including penalties. After permit issuance
and field authorization to .proceed, the work must be completed and approved
by this office within the permit specified time.
This is your final warning.,Unless you contact this office and make the
proper arrangements to correcor abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within
ten 10 days from the date of this letter, enforcement shall be pursued
.through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for
-
said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this warning letter.
