CA 92346 RE: FORMAL WARNING NOTICE at 7705 Lincoln Ave.. Palermo, CA (AP-t"26-202-22�) Dear Mr. 3 Mrs. Miller: This is a formal warning notice. Pursuant to Butte County Code (HCC) Section 41-2, we sent you a courtesy notice dated July 9. 1993, notifying you that you are in violation of the BCC at the above -referenced location. As of this date, the following violations still exist. (BCC) Section 32A-2, 4, 5 & 6 states a nuisance is anything offensive to the senses and if not abated voluntarily may be ordered to be abated. We did receive a letter from a Mr. Jones of Yuba City on August 20, 1993 saying that the property would be secured, posted and cleaned up "in the next few weeks". However, as of October 5, 1993 none of these things had been done or apparently even started. This is your final warning. Unless you contact.this office and make the proper arrangements to correct or abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within TEN (10) DAYS from receipt of this letter, enforcement shall be pursued through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this warning letter. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or of failing to comply with this letter, the court shall impose penalties (fines) and a Notice of Violation shall be recorded in accordance with Butte County Code Section 41-7.
