Pursuant to your request we have investigated the flood
hazard potential of the above parcel on South Villa Avenue at
Melvina Avenue in Palermo.
Based on review of Butte County's Wyman Ravine Watershed
Drainage Study, the 100 year flood water elevation at South
Villa Avenue and Perkins Avenue intersection (Structure #41)
is 153.4 feet; and at South Villa.Avenue and Melvina Avenue
intersection (Structure #44), it is 160.0 feet. The subject site
has an existing ground elevation of 157.4 feet.
Based on this information and our field review, it is
our opinion that under normal circumstances the parcels existing
ground'would be subject to approximately 1.4 feet of flooding
during a storm with a one in 100 year recurrance interval.
Though the existing mobile home finish floor elevation would be
approximately 1.4 feet above the 100 year water surface.

plan and profile showing the above.
